We are aware that during warm weather there can be an increase in people entering the water at Sileby Marina and along the canal. Whilst this may seem appealing, open water can be extremely dangerous. Canals are often deep, cold, and contain hidden hazards such as debris, strong undercurrents, and submerged objects.
